How can Australia prevent climate change and mitigate its impacts? An essential part of the solution is to start early – well ahead of 2030 – and with a clear idea of what we will need to achieve by then in transition to a decarbonised economy if we are to keep global heating to no more than 1.5 degrees Celsius.
